My name is Laura and I am the founder of Coastal Shore Life Coaching Company.

I am 50 years old and a mum to four amazing children.

I have overcome many life’s challenges and as a result I am passionate about helping people too.

You might be asking yourself why would I work with Laura?

I will tell you why.. I am empathetic, honest, understanding and I really do care and want to work with you to help you overcome any obstacles and challenges that you may be facing and together we will work hard to overcome them.
